Our Reformer based workouts are like no other! Designed to strengthen and sculpt your body, these 50-minute, dynamic, yet low-impact workouts combine traditional Pilates exercises on the reformer with the addition of hand weights to strengthen and lengthen your muscles and maximise results.

Intimate Studio Sessions
Classes are intimate with a maximum of six in a studio session, enabling our highly experienced trainers to give you the attention you deserve and, ensure you adopt the correct form for maximum results.
Our Reformer based classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels, so you can workout at your pace and push yourself as you progress, keeping you motivated and wanting to come back for more.
